1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the rules for using the website rendezvousprefecture.com (hereinafter "the Site") and the prefecture appointment notification service (hereinafter "the Service").

By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Service

The Service offered by rendezvousprefecture.com consists of:

• Automatically monitoring the availability of appointment slots on French prefecture websites.
• Notifying users by email and/or SMS as soon as a slot matching their criteria becomes available.
• Providing free tools to check availability and estimate waiting times.

The Service is an independent notification tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any French public administration. We do not guarantee that you will obtain an appointment.

3. Access to the Service

Access to notification alerts requires a one-time payment. By subscribing to the Service, you benefit from:

• Unlimited email and/or SMS alerts for the selected appointment type and department.
• Continuous 24/7 monitoring.
• Active access until you obtain your appointment or for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

The price of the Service is displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, at the time of subscription. The payment is a one-time charge — it is not a recurring subscription.

Payment is securely processed by Stripe. We do not store any banking information.

A refund may be granted if no slot was detected during your subscription period. Any refund request should be sent to contact@beyondsky.app.

5. User Obligations

By using the Site and the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (email address, phone number).
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Site's security measures.
• Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service relies on monitoring third-party websites (prefecture websites). We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of these websites, nor the accuracy of the information they display. Accordingly, we shall not be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the Service, delays in sending notifications, or slots that may no longer be available when you attempt to book them.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (text, images, logos, design, source code) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to BeyondSky or its partners.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of all or part of the Site is prohibited.

The trademarks "Rendez-vous Préfecture" and "BeyondSky" are the property of BeyondSky.

8. Personal Data

The collection and processing of your personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy, available at /confidentialite.

By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page.

In case of substantial changes, we will notify you by email or through a visible notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
